Phenomenon:
1. The water level of the steam drum drops, and the feedwater flow is abnormally larger than the steam flow;
2. When the negative pressure in the furnace becomes smaller and positive, and the induced draft fan is automatically switched on, the induced draft fan current increases;
3. The flue gas temperature, steam pressure and flow rate of each section are reduced;
4. At the beginning of the leak, the sound can be heard at the leak, and the sound gradually increases as the leak expands;
Approach:
1. If there is a slight leakage, the water supply flow should be increased, the normal water level should be maintained as much as possible, the negative pressure in the furnace should be kept to reduce the load, and oil should be added to support combustion if necessary, and the report value should be long.
2. If the leakage is serious and the water level cannot be maintained, the boiler should be stopped urgently;
3. After stopping the furnace, continue to supply water, keep the fan running, and stop the fan after the flue gas steam in the flue is removed;
4. If there is a large amount of water leakage from the furnace tube, and the water level of the steam drum cannot be maintained after the furnace is stopped, the water supply should be stopped immediately, and the economizer recirculation door is strictly prohibited;
5. Stop the electrostatic precipitator; report to the superior and make a record.
