The cleaning interval of the boiler should not be less than 2 years. When the boiler produces scale or it should be cleaned up in time when it is corroded. The heating surface of the boiler is covered by scale over 80×10ˉ2, and the average scale thickness reaches or exceeds the following values, it needs cleaning:

For boilers without superheater: 1mm;

For boilers with superheaters: 0.5mm;

For hot water boiler: 1mm

Cleaning method:

1. Dilute the descaling agent and water at a ratio of 1:10 into the boiler water inlet;

2. Fill the water to the highest water level and wait 4 hours for the descaling agent solution to fully react with the scale;

3. Open the sewage outlet and drain the cleaning fluid;
4. Inject clean water and rinse until the water is clear, and the cleaning and descaling work is completed.
