The enamel tube air preheater is a new technology that breaks through the traditional anti-corrosion technology of steel. It is a new anti-corrosion product made by coating ordinary steel pipe with a special inorganic enamel, after a special process, and firing at a high temperature of 950℃. The pipe has corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, temperature change resistance, a smooth surface to relieve dust accumulation, and is suitable for washing with water. Compared with the commonly used ordinary steel pipes, it has the following advantages:
1. The service life of the enamel tubular air preheater is extended by two to three times. The expected service life can be about 10 years.
2. The main problem of the enamel tube preheater is low-temperature corrosion. When the preheater exhaust temperature is low, corrosion points will form and sulfur corrosion will occur. The production of sulfur corrosion will not only cause air leakage of the preheater, but also cause preheating The dust accumulation of the tube is blocked. Enamel tubular air preheater has super corrosion resistance, smooth surface, slow down fouling, keep the air channel unblocked, and always maintain good heat transfer performance.
3. The enamel tube reduces the exhaust gas temperature and improves the thermal efficiency. In the boiler design, the exhaust gas temperature is often increased to prevent corrosion of the low temperature end of the preheater. The enamel air preheater is used to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to below 140℃ in the design.
