In addition, industrial boilers and power station boilers have different functions. Industrial boilers usually provide hot water and steam for industrial production, while power station boilers require high-temperature steam to drive power generation. The steam quality, pressure and temperature of the two are also different.
2. The design quality standards of industrial boilers and power station boilers are different.
The industrial boiler implements the JBGB standard, while the power generation boiler implements the DL, that is, the electric power industry standard, which is much higher and the cost is much higher. Of course, the requirements for industrial boilers are becoming more and more stringent.
3. There are also a few examples of industrial boilers with large capacity and high parameters, which can also be distinguished according to their use.
It is more reasonable to divide them according to their purpose. Capacity and parameters are necessary but not sufficient conditions for power station boilers. More important is the definition and compilation standards given in the design drawings. There is little difference in the use mode of industrial boilers and power station boilers, and there is no difference in fuel. In fact, power plant boilers are also steam boilers, and are only divided into power generation boilers and industrial boilers according to their purpose.
