The air preheater can be regarded as a heat transfer equipment, which can achieve high efficiency heat exchange performance and reduce energy consumption loss. Its main role is to help fuel combustion to play the latent heat. We all know that there are losses in the heat transfer process, and the high energy loss of equipment performance is poor. The heat transfer efficiency is related to the structure and heat transfer mode of the equipment. According to the structure, the air preheater can be divided into plate type air preheater, tube type air preheater and rotary type air preheater.

1. Plate air preheater is made of a plurality of thin steel plates and formed into a rectangular plate bundle by welding. An air preheater is composed of a plurality of plate bundles. Better heat transfer.

2. tubular air preheater, the main component is composed of thin wall steel pipe, vertical placement between the steel pipe, the two ends are welded on the upper and lower tube plate, the flue gas along the steel pipe through the preheater, the air is transverse through the preheater, so as to complete the heat transfer.

3. Rotary air preheater uses flue gas and air alternately to heat the air through the metal heating surface. The rotary air preheater is composed of a shell, a rotor, a transmission device and a sealing device.
